Are all seat frames made the same? Should you be concerned?
Not all seat frames are made the same. We have been building seat frames for over 10 years. We are one of the only seat companies that makes everything in house. Most of our competitors out source their frames. This can cause inconsistent manufacturing.
Some things we have seen from other seat companies are: the tube walls to thin, butt welded ends, incomplete welds, hammered ends to make tubes fit, crooked frames, etc... Those are just some of the things we have seen from seats being manufactured in the United States. The seats made in China..is a whole different ball game. BUY FROM THE US! Enough said.
